What areas do you deliver to?

-We deliver up to 40 miles from our location in Yukon. However, the delivery range is subject to change based off of our schedule.

-A deposit in the amount of the delivery fee plus a minimum of 20% of the rental fee will be required if the delivery location is 30 miles or more from our location in Yukon.

-We do not deliver over 15 miles for any rental of $130 or less due to excessive costs of fuel and labor.

-There is a minimum rental fee of $200 for deliveries between 21-30 miles.

-There is a minimum rental fee of $400 for deliveries between 31-40 miles.                

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, the delivery fee is $2.00 per mile for every mile one way from our location in Yukon to the delivery location.

Do you charge a deposit?

A deposit in the amount of the delivery fee plus 20% of the rental fee may be required if the delivery location is 30 miles or more from our location in Yukon. The deposit will be due within 24 hours of making the reservation in order for us to hold the reservation. The deposit will be applied to the rental cost if we set up. 

The deposit is refundable if: 

1. You cancel 5 or more days prior to the reservation date. If you cancel less than 5 days prior to the reservation date the delivery fee will be refunded, however, the 20% of the rental fee will not be refunded.

2. We have to cancel due to weather.

Can I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself and return it after the reservation time?

No, our insurance does not allow customers to pick up and set up the inflatable as the customer usually is not familiar with state and manufacturer regulations for safely setting up the inflatable. 

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full at the time of delivery prior to set up. We do not charge a deposit or advance payment at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, CashApp, and Venmo.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that you contact us as soon as possible, must be prior to delivery date.

What is the refund policy?

-There are no refunds after the inflatable has been set up.

-There are no price adjustments after we do our final confirmation due to our loading procedures.

What happens if we have high winds or rain?

If winds are 20mph or higher (15mph for hard surface and princess castle) or if it is raining prior to delivery we can not deliver or set up the inflatable. If the ground is wet we will be unable to set up as well . We will notify you at least 2hrs prior to delivery if we are unable to set up due to weather conditions. You can reschedule for another date and time of your choice if an inflatable is available for the specific date requested. We do not like to cancel if we do not need to, however, we must put the kids safety first.

What if bad weather occurs after the inflatable has been delivered and set up?

You will need to have everyone exit the unit, turn the unit off immediately, and unplug the power source. Please be sure to notify us as soon as this occurs. The rental fee is non refundable if the unit has already been delivered and set up.

How do I know if your inflatables are safe?

-We are insured.

-We are registered with the Oklahoma Department of Labor and follow the state amusement ride safety standards as required by the state of Oklahoma for the safety of the children.

-We inspect our units before and after every use to insure quality and safety.

-We anchor our units at all anchor points.

Do you clean your inflatables?

Yes, we clean our units after every use. Our dry units are cleaned on site at the time of pick up unless they are excessively dirty then we will take them to our location to be cleaned. Our wet units are picked up, taken to our location set back up to dry and be cleaned.

What months of the year do you rent water inflatables?

We rent water inflatables from May 1st-September 30th depending on outside temperatures. The high temperature for the day must be a minimum of 75 degrees in order for us to set up.

Who is responsible for filling the pools and dunk tank with water and for draining them?                          â€‹                                    

The customer is responsible for providing the water to fill the pool and dunk tank as well as water hose long enough to reach the slides and dunk tank. The pools and dunk tank are drained on site and they create a lot of water and mud. We will drain the pools when we arrive for pick up. We will instruct the lessee on how to pull the drain plug on the dunk tank.

Can I put soap or baby oil or other products on water units?

No, water is the only thing allowed on the inflatables.

Can the dunk tank be set up inside?

Yes, the dunk tank can be set up inside if there are floor drains next to the set up location and nothing will be damaged.

Can I get a dry inflatable wet?

No, our dry inflatables CANNOT have water put on them. Our dry inflatables rent out daily. If you get the dry inflatable wet for your party then the party the following day has to be canceled because the inflatable is wet and can not be cleaned until it is dry.

Can the bounce house be set up indoors or on hard surfaces?

Yes, however there will be an additional 5% fee for indoor and hard surface set ups. Please see requirements below for indoor and hard surface set ups.

-Yes, as long as the indoor space is large enough to accommodate the inflatable. 

-Yes, dry inflatables can be setup on hard smooth surfaces. 

-Wet inflatables can not be setup indoors or on hard surfaces. 

-We can NOT set up any of our equipment on gravel as the constant rubbing of the rock and gravel will damage the units.

-If setting up indoors the door will need to be 36"-46" wide depending on the inflatable you are renting. We CANNOT go up or down any stairs as the inflatables are large and heavy. 

-If we are going through one or more sets of double doors with a center bar the center bars must be removed prior to our arrival. We will not remove the center bar due to liability.

Do I need to do anything to prepare the area for the inflatable to be set up?

-Yes, check to insure there are no over head power lines or tree limbs. 

-Be sure the area is level, and is clear and free of any debris, trash, sticks, sprinkler heads, animal waste, etc. 

-You will need to make sure there are no toys or obstructions in the set up area. We will not move any items. 

-You MUST secure all pets at the time of delivery and pick up. 

-You will need to make sure there is a dedicated 20 amp electrical outlet within 75-125 feet (depending on the size of the blower) of the designated setup site. 

-You are responsible for locating and advising us of any utility lines and/or irrigation lines. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur if you fail to advise us of line locations. 

-You will need to make sure the gate is at least 36"-46" wide depending on the inflatable you are renting. We CANNOT go through your home with the inflatable.

Do I have responsibilities as a lessee of the inflatable.

Yes, you will need to comply with all of the safety rules and manufacturer guidelines. We will provide you with a list of the guidelines and explain them to you at the time of delivery and setup.

What is the coldest temperature you can set up a bounce house outside?

We will not set up outside if the temperature is below 45 degrees, but if you have an indoor place available and approved we will be more than willing to deliver and set up the unit or units for you.

 Do you provide fuel for the generator?

We provide the generator with a full tank at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for providing any additional fuel you need. The generators use 87 octane gas or above.
