We do not set up at parks, at lakes or at apartment complexes at this time. It is the customers responsibility to have all utility and sprinkler lines located and marked in the area where the rental equipment will be set up. We are not responsible for any damages if we hit any unmarked utilities.

-Please see the space needed for set up that is listed under the picture of each inflatable. You are responsible for making sure you have enough space for the inflatable to fit. -You MUST have a working designated power outlet within 75-125 feet of the set up location for each blower required depending on the blower size. It is your responsibility to make sure the outlet(s) works before we arrive. -If you are renting a wet inflatable or dunk tank you MUST supply a water hose that will reach from the faucet to the inflatable/dunk tank. -If this is a wet inflatable it MUST be set up on a level grass only surface for safety reasons.

We will arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your reservation start time. Our set up time does not count toward your reservation time.

Where will set up be for the rental equipment?*

-Please refer to our FAQ page for our weather policy -If set up is outside we CAN NOT set up under power lines, tree branches or anything else that may pose a hazard. -We set up on grass or smooth hard surface only. We DO NOT set up on gravel, sand, bricks, dirt/mud. -If set up is inside we must have direct access to the set up area. -The door must be at least 40" wide. -If we are going through one or more sets of double doors that have a center bar the center bar MUST be removed prior to our arrival. We will not remove center bars due to liability. -We CANNOT go up or down stairs as the inflatables and sand bags are too large and heavy.

What surface will we set up on?*

-If a combination of grass and hard smooth surface please check both boxes. -We can not set up on dirt, sand, or gravel/rocks. -If this is a wet inflatable it MUST be set up on a level grass only surface for safety reasons. -We WILL NOT set up on animal feces.

If we are setting up in a backyard with a gate see gate width needed below. -Regular Bounces- 36" wide -Combos- 42" wide -18' Slides- 42"wide -Dual Lane Combos- 46" wide -20' Slides- 46" -Obstacle Course 360- 46" wide -Leaps and Bounds- 46" wide We can not go through your home. There can not be anything blocking the path to the set up location such as air conditioning units, large toys, or buildings. We can not lift the inflatables over anything as they are extremely large and heavy.
